Fugitive Offenders Ordinance Material

This is a set of material which is about the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance in Hong Kong. You can use it to make a card game or 2D game. All of they are png in file.  There are totally have :

1.  " 5 " different characters

2. " 20  " tools

3. " 8 " card with different pattern  and color

4.  " 3  "  card background
